Online orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
We ship with FedEx, UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service), Priority Mail/First Class mail and shipment can take up to 10 business days. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address OR State for your order. Please do not contact us about your shipment until the 11th day AFTER your order. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Barbie’s Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.
Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
